In a climate of financial austerity, Vector, Inc. is reducing costs by restricting new equipment purchases. Similarly, aggressive debt restructuring has led to a tighter balance sheet in which outlays are subject to close scrutiny. Moreover, losses in the Q3 supply sector have hit hard. Consequently, we cannot maintain our current quotas from Lumina.

But we do not want to damage our long-term partnership. Nor do we want injure the network we’ve worked so hard together to build. To offset the short-term quota reduction, Vector proposes extending the service agreements over a 3-year term.
